3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made via official channels (website, email invoice only).
• We offer a 100% refund guarantee within 7 days of project start if you're unsatisfied.
• Advance payment is mandatory to initiate any work.
• We do not accept payments over social media. Beware of fraud.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and materials developed during the project remain the property of Mythvortex until full payment is received. After that, the ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information private, including business ideas, strategies, and user data. We never share your data with third parties without your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mythvortex shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from delays, misuse, or interruptions of services. We will always strive for on-time delivery and exceptional service quality.

• Avoid misusing, copying, or reselling any part of the delivered product without permission.
• Keep communication professional and respectful at all times.
