At Mythvortex, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the initial experience, we offer a 100% refund within 7 days of starting the project.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• You must request a refund within 7 days of project initiation.
• Refunds apply only if no final deliverables have been shared.
• We may request brief feedback for improvement, but it's optional.

3. How to Request

To request a refund, please email us at refunds@mythvortex.comwith your project ID, payment proof, and reason for the refund. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and returned to your original payment method.

5. Exclusions

• No refund will be processed if final project files have been delivered.
• Custom design/code delivered, even in part, may void refund eligibility.
• Bulk or long-term package purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment Safety Notice

Mythvortex does not accept payments via social media or personal links. All payments must be made through official invoices or our website only. We are not responsible for any fraud outside our official channels.
